Newton Running Performance neutral trainer

Yes of course these shoes have been around for a little while now, but the importance of their introduction should be noted. They are pioneers of the forefoot running movement and are slowly bringing on a running revolution. 

I have been on the Newtons for a while and I can say without hesitation they have changed the way I run. They have reintroduced fun to road running, and after some adjustment with my calf muscles, I feel that I can run longer, with greater ease and less impact on my joints.

The shoes themselves appear to last longer than regular shoes, as the membrane supporting the lugs is very durable, as although the surface of the shoe sole is wearing, the cushioning is the same as when i first tried them. And of course with a forefoot shoe, the heel shows little to no wear at all.

Newtons have won me over and I recommend them to anyone who

asks about my bright orange shoes.
